Contract Transfer Fee Increase

I have called tracker with a request to transfer my tracker account from a car that I had a tracker installed into in July to a car I bought last month (November). I called tracker to make the transfer but the help desk technician says that the fransfer fee went up in October 2013 from R375 to R1195. How on earth do you justify an increase in this fee of over 200%? that is simply ridiculous. Besides this, I signed the contract in July, this cost was not the cost then, why should I be responsible for it now? So My options here are cancel the contract at a cost in excess of R3000 or pay R1195 and and the balance of the contract which is 31 month. or just pay the balance of the contract on a car I don't own anymore. So to summaries, please explain why there is such a massive price increase conveyed to the customer and second, as I can't afford R1195 to transfer this account and I don't have the finances to pay for the other 2 options, please provide me with a reasonable alternative option.
