Deleted my simcard

Vodacom has deleted my simcard without informing me my account is in arrears but i have been paying every single month since i switched to Elite mobile September 2012 i loaded them on my internet banking and September payment was received, how can they get September payment and no other payments as i have been paying into the same account since i switched, now they expect me to buy a new simcard and pay additional costs and fees to reactivate my simcard and it's their fault that payment was not allocated or rectified a week after the previous month (payments not received). I have overpaid them already and they owe me money, I cannot make any payments as I need my OTTO pin for EFT's i called them again today and was told it takes 7 days to allocate payments but i have been waiting for more than a month now. I want to go on holiday and need my simcard and it's still not resolved. I'm tired of excuses and being transferred all over can't ever just speak to one or two people every person tells you a different story Vodacom, Accounts department, Elite mobile, I will never deal with Vodacom or Elite mobile again. Matter has been revered to my attorney and the ombudsman.
