Extremely disappointed!!!

I called Cell C customer care on the 20/02 to cancel my contract. I was told that I will receive feedback in 24-48 hrs. I waited 48 hrs and nothing. I called again and was told it was 48 business hrs and that I would receive feedback by the 01/03/13. On 27/02to my surprise I receive a SMS saying that my contract has been successfully upgraded a top R175? I HAVE NOT REQUESTED THIS!! I called again, the agent informed me that she would escalate my query and they would get back to me in 48 business hrs, guess what? Im still waiting. I called again on 06/03 spoke to Noththula Nokoena who informed me that my query had not been worked on yet; she "escalated" the query on my behalf and informed that someone would contact me within 48 business hrs. I patiently waited yet NO FEEDBACK!! I called AGAIN on the 13/ spoke to Keith who put me on hold, while speaking to his "Team leader". After 10 MINUTES he informed me, his team leader would sort out my query with their billing department and call me back. It is now the 18/03, I have not heard anything, still waiting on my feedback and to make matters worse I received a SMS on 15/03 for R175 airtime for the contract that I did not upgrade?
