Its been almost 3 weeks!

Can anyone at 8ta please assist me with a porting request that was logged almost 3 weeks ago. While Edgar at your call centre has been trying to assist, it appears that the issue lays with your PST team. However everytime I call there are no updates and I am becoming quite desperate.
