Disgruntled prepaid client

I have been informed by a Vodacom operator on Saturday, 16 March 2013 that I have been billed R7.00 per day by Opera Telecom SA (Pty) Ltd since November 2012.

To 'unsubscribe' I will have to be without airtime for 72 hrs in order for the process to work.

I work for an agency and need to be able to make contact with clients at all times. I now have to be inconvenienced for 72 hrs and on top of that been robbed of R7.00 per day by a company I have never even heard of.

How can this be? Can Vodacom provide me with confirmation that I have authorised this subscription?

It was just by accident that I happened to monitor the funds on my phone on the 15th and 16th of March - that is when I got suspicious and discovered that money was deducted without my consent...

How will I be refunded for this?
