MY LINE WORKED FOR 6 DAYS AFTER INSTALLATION, AND STOPPED WORKING 3 WEEKS AGO. EVER SINCE, I SPEND ABOUT R700 WORTH OF CELLPHONE AIRTIME TO REPORT THE ERROR! I GET SWITCHED BETWEEN TELKOM CALL CENTRE AND ADSL CALL CENTER, AND GOT DISCONNECTED A FEW TIMES AFTER HOLDING THE LINE AS THEY REQUEST, I ASKED THEM TO CALL ME BACK TO WITCH THEY REPLY " WE CAN ONLY RECEIVE CALLS". BY THE END OF THE MONTH THEY WILL EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I COULD NOT USE. I WENT TO TELKOM STORE 3 TIMES TO TRY AND RESOLVE, THEY OFFER YOU TO USE THEIR LAND LINE TO DO THE WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN, AND GOT PROMISED THAT A TECHNICIAN WILL BE SENT OUT, BUT JA, IN 3 WEEKS NOTHING HAPPENED! AGAIN THIS MORNING I SPENT R 220 ON AIRTIME TO TRY AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE, BUT NO SUCCESS, YOU ONLY GET PASSED ON BETWEEN CALL CENTRE`S! I AM REALLY DESPERATE NOW AND DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO???
