Telkom sold me an ADSL package over the telephone. It has more than 5 weeks and i still do not have ADSL. The technician who did the installation informed me that it is a 1mb line, i was sold a 2mb line. I have logged a few calls with the call centre, to try and resolve the issue but they keep referring me to a new person. I was informed that all calls are recorded, so i logged a request to review the recording. It has been two weeks, and no response from telkom. I tried to call today to follow up, and the consultant cut the call. I am so disapointed now as i was rather excited to be online proper, but Telkom succesfully turned my joy into utter misery. Telkom, can i please have what your telesales person sold me, please play the recording as i am done dealing with the call centee.
