According to Ruth, I was supposed to be refunded for the sms bundle with an amount of R75. This has not been added to the March account. I was also supposed to be refunded for the data bundle which should have been a pro rata amount for February and I was billed for a full amount. Why do I have to go through this every time there is an issue and to get a solution to the query? This is exactly why I cancelled my contract! Please resend a revised invoice and advise me as to when I can expect this refund.
