I HAVE WRITTEN SEVERAL LETTERS TO MTN EXPLAINING MY PROBLEM AND THAT I DID NOT RECALL SUBSCRIBING TO THE SITE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERRY BAD. IM NOT HAPPY AT THE WAY THEY HANDLED MY PROBLEM AND UP TO DATE NO EXPLANATION HAS BEEN GIVEN. I EXPECT A WRITTEN EXPLANATION ON WHY DID THEY BILLED MY ACCOUNT AND PAID THE MONEY OVER TO A 3RD PARTY. WHO GIVES MTN THE RIGHT TO DO THAT? ALL I NEED IS A FULL WRITTEN EXPLANATION BUT CLEARLY THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ME ATT ALL. ALL CORRESPONDENCE DATED FROM 30/10/2012 -07/03/2013.
