I wrote a report 11/01/2013 whereby MTN responded politely to solve my problem, never less to say, still waiting for management to contact me, did follow up with mails.---My debit order was in favour of MTN whereby MTN allowed a third party to take moneys from the debit order. No written consent, no upfront warning nor any communication after the PROBLEM was reported, only a explanation that the system can not block such activity. PLEASE HELP!!!
