Right Nedbank, I have now received an SMS and a written letter accusing me of not paying my Nedbank personal loan instalment. Your debit order goes off my account the minute my salary is in. I have never missed a payment and do not appreciate being accused that I am. I expect an explanation as to why I am being accused of not paying my account and written confirmation from you that this is not negatively affecting my credit record because you are messing up!
