WHEN WILL WE BE PAID???

I have been waiting (Jannie Joubert) for six months for our pension payout. All documents are with GEPF and we have written them a letter dated 19 April 2013 confirming that Jannie requires this payment urgently - however - every time we phone (almost daily) we are told that the application is in process at the same stage - then when we phone the next week we are told exactly the same thing - nothing is moving. I was told if we wrote a letter in we would be paid out much quicker - but even email correspondence is responded to about three weeks after we have written and they always say the same thing - IN PROGRESS - with no further explanation of exactly where this matter is in progress!!! No-one can say exactly where this application is in process - who the documents are with and an estimated day when the payout will occur. We want answers - we need this money paid out URGENTLY!!!
