Since qualifiying for my handset upgrade I have been amazed that a compnay can be so increadibly bad and yet stay in business.
1. The first handset I recieved was faulty, yet on at least 7 different occasions I was told that it is a sim error or a setting that I didn't configure properly. Eventually when they took the handset in found it to be faulty as I had told them initially and was repaced.
Second repacement handset was sent in to Nicole Way for repair on the 3rd of Feb, and was quoted a 4 -6 week turn-around. Phoned in today 18 March (week 7) only to be told that the handset has not even been sent for repair yet. It is waiting for approval by Autopage's insurance provider.
I am absolutely disgusted with Autopage
