Its 3 weeks now that I am waiting for the incorrect colour handset to be collected. Tryphinah confirmed that the handset in stock was the one I was looking for and despatched it to me.
On delivery, i found it to be the wrong colour (13.01.2014). To date after many emails and calls to her I still have the Handset with me, and my upgrade was reversed due to the incorrect colour.
I was told that her manager Tom would contact me, I am yet to see if he does exist.
Autopage please collect your handset before i sell it and spend the money. I will not be renewing or upgrading my contract as I only contact you once a year for this service and I get service.
I will try another provider... and Manager Tom... you have just lost some TOM!
