I didn't think it still happened

I phoned in to the Autopage customer service line on Thursday 7 Feb to find out about my upgrade. The lady was so friendly (I wish I had taken her name) and helpful and my upgrade, new SIM card and all, was sorted out in 5 minutes flat (I actually checked the call log on my phone). She then said to me I would receive my handset within 2 - 5 working days. Of course being like a kid with a new toy, i couldn't wait but told myself to be patient. Today, Monday the 11th of Feb, I received my new handset at around 9 am!!! I got an SMS from Autopage at around 12:15 to say my new handset had been dispatched and would reach me within 2-5 working days... thank you very much Autopage for keeping me updated, but you're a little late!!! Thank you so much for restoring my faith in South African Service.
