Good Day

I am enquiring on behalf of my mother Nonkululeko Njaba (Ngogela). We upgraded a contract at Fort Beaufort MTN Dealer in the Eastern Cape on 04 May 2011 for a Blackberry Torch 9800 which was an upgrade for the Nokia 5800 that we took in Cape Town, N1 City Mall MTN dealer in Nov/Dec 2009.

After May 2011 my mother realised that her debit order was more than it should be, and it so turns out that someone here in Cape Town at a MTN dealer took out another phone which resulted in my mother paying for two phones one of which is not being used by us. We would like to kindly request for Hello Peter to name and shame the people at MTN and get to the bottom of this. My mother has been relentlessly trying to get to the bottom of this but no one seems to give her the correct answers and they are still taking off the money from her account.

Please help

I have written on her behalf as she does not have Internet access.
