Im writting on behalf of my mother who is constantly being harrassed by MBD call centre agents demanding payment from her for a certain Miladys account that she apparently opened last year. My mother has been unemployed for the past 20 yrs and is not in possession of any statements or payslips that can enable her to open an account. Yesterday someone phoned my mother and was threatening her telling her that she is being recorded and legal action is going to be taken against her should she not pay this money immediately. We have furnished Miladys with several written affidavits from the SAPS regarding this matter and its becoming stale. My mother does not have an account with Miladys so kindly rectify this matter urgently as the harrassing calls from MBD are a pain.
