The pensioners for their hard earned money

My mother cancelled her membership, and now they keep taking money from her bank.
My mother has phoned several times, and was reassured that it will be cancelled at the end of January 2013.
Too our amazement they are still taking the jolly money off her account.
Please let the computer know that my mother is no longer with Discovery.
