I REQUESTD ITIMISED BILLING IN JANUARY, I RECIEVED IT, THEN I ASKED THEM TO ADD IT TO MY BILL IN FEB I DIDNT GET A BILL OR THE ITEMISED BILLING... I MADE ENDLESS PHONE CALLS AND BEEN PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST... EVEN THIS MORNING I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A TEAM LEADER WHO SAID HE WILL ME BACK IN 30 MINUTES, THAT WAS AT 9 O CLOCK THIS MORNING... THE SERVICE AND THE STAFF DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING
