Terrible signal phone almost unusable

Hi I have terrible reception on my Samsung s3 with your network. Most of my calls come through as a voice message! the phone doesnt even ring. Sometimes when making a call it says dialing but does nothing. Most people have to phone me 2 or 3 times to get through.

I work in the service industry and need to be contactable. Please either sort this out or release me from the contract
