I have already written about this.By the beginning of January I reported weak cell phone signal, tablet, reception. I've got a reference number and for a month nothing happened. After my first HELLOPETER complain I received an answer where MTN apologized. They even "understood" my frustration.
But in the real life nothing has changed: no reply to my enquiry regarding the poor reception and signal going up and down.
So, dear MTN, company where I am spending reasonable money every month, can you reply, is there anyone there who is in charge for these kind of enquiries or everything is just a dead letter on the paper? Just don't tell me again that you understand my frustration, please.
