Poor service quality and very poor signal

Hi, I have been trying, with no success, to log a call with the call center about the fact that the cell signal in my area has deteriorated a lot and is causing a huge frustration as this is hampering my work. I use 8ta for 3G and for voice (two different sim cards) the 3G has slowed down to a crawl compared to the extremely fast speed I have had before, I noticed a change about 3 weeks ago. Further, my cell phone reception is extremely bad where people complain they cannot hear me as my signal keeps breaking up. Trying to log this with the call center does not help as they keep telling me they cannot hear me and when they do I get responses of "try to reboot your phone and computer". I have tried the 3G sim card in a number of computers and in different modems with no success. PLEASE HELP.
