CALLED THE CALL CENTER THIS MORNING TO QUERY WHY I AM BEING CHARGED EXTRA THIS MONTH, SPOKE TO 2 CONSULTANTS THAT PASSED THE BUCK, THE 3 PERSON ENDED MY CALL WHILE I WAS STILL SPEAKING TO HIM, I CALLED BACK AND PORTIA SAID A MANAGER WILL CALL ME WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR AND THIS WAS BEFORE 9 THIS MORNING AND ITS NOW 7O'CLOCK AND I AM STILL AWAITING, PATHETIC!!!
