Poor Customer Service and lack of Transparency!

Have both a cell c and red bull mobile sim for my 15 year old, just got him a blackberry and R50 airtime to activate the blackberry social plan. We thought since the RBM card is powered by Cell C, we would be able to get bis on this sim. None of the packaging or the RBM website specify that you cant use bis, so we called the call centre and none of the agents could assist. Most of the agents could barely understand English, let alone our complaint or any technical aspects. We were told it was not possible to get bis on RBM, so we asked for the airtime to be transferred to the Cell C sim so that we could then load the BIS, this is apparently impossible too.
The agent tells me that what we asking for is like trying to get bbm on a Nokia, that shows there lack of knowledge and quite franky is an insult to the customer. Cell C's failure to inform customers about the limitations of the RBM product should not end up becoming the customers problem or worse still cost the customer for their incompetence.
