Exceptional incompetence and bad service!!!

I was previously on contract with Cell C but as I was a student, my aunt signed for the contract and I was listed as a user. Upon cancellation of the contract, I requested to be put onto prepaid and kept as the user. Today I recharged my account with R50 for which I received an SMS to confirm the recharge, but did not receive the airtime. I called, and after being on hold for almost 15 minutes, I was told they could not assist. SOMEHOW in the cancellation, my name has been erased off their system and get this: the only way to get my R50 is to PHONE my aunt in Australia, and get her to phone them. What I would like to know is how did I get a cellphone upgrade, make contract changes etc without her authorization, but I cannot get my airtime without spending more than the value of the airtime just because they up AGAIN!!! Half the reason I cancelled the contract was the bad service, and surprise, surprise, here we go again!!! I WILL contact my aunt, but to port my number to another network as I'm over the continuous inconvenience!!
