24 Hours Response

Cannot get to my account on the internet. Filled in the correct user name and password but throws it out as incorrect.

Changed password and again unsuccessfull!

Now it s locked!

Contact Client Services because there is no other number to contact (The same no service as Telkom!).

Spoke to Lezaan ref nr: 302702622 and she can only report. They will respond within 24 hours! Same bad service as Telkom! The ref nr S3-TV81E-EX2KQ.

This is the reason why I changed from Telkom to Vodacom. Because it is not possible to speak to any of the management! There is no where to report Vodacom's bad service.

My sympathy to the poor people answering the phones in the Service Sentre!
