So after a thousand complaints a technician finally comes out to look at the line and says yes, there is a problem. they were at teh house for 4 hours and then call me to tell me that a card is damaged at the exchange (Wow so im not mad) they then tell me that they are going to get a new one and friday it will all be sorted. Today (Saturday) iget an sms to say that the call is now resolved and hey, guess what, no @#$@% internet. how %@#$@ stupid can this get. fix the dam line or refund me so i can go find another supplier
