I phoned Vodacom as early as 8:00 am this morning requesting a 3 months billing statement. During this time I have called in 3 times and no one has been able to close the call succesfully. It is now almost an hour later and I am still awaiting for my proper statements. At first I was given the following reference number 294170492 - the person assisting withi this call promised to have faxed it. I have now received a statement THAT DOES NOT REFLECT THE BREAKDOWN OF THE ACTUAL CHARGES. This is not what I need - I need to know what the actual charges are made of. Can someone please sort this out? I want the correct statements sent through to me immediately.
