Mobile phone contract incorrect

I have spent over an hour today trying to sort out this credit due to me, spoken to at least 6 different people and 3 different departments.
I have held on for long periods, being blasted by horrible loud music which made my ears sore.
I have been a customer of Vodacom for over 20 years and I am disappointed at the bad service I have been experiencing, particularly during the last 2 months.
I have lost count of the times I have contacted Vodacom, the number of times my calls have been dropped, the times I have been put through to the incorrect department and transferred unsuccessfully.
This Vodacom error has been discussed at length with various Vodacom staff, both at the Waterfront and Greenpoint.
It should not be necessary for me to have to go to these lengths to fix the problem, I am supposed to be the customer.
I have spoken to Marlese today, and said the credit was declined.

2013.02.15: 135.00 -discount R76.00 = 59.00 pm due; overpaid 19 x R76.00 = R1444.00.
