I placed an order for a tablet on the FNB site in October 2012, got approved for the tablet but never received it. Then in MAY 2013 I suddenly got charged for the tablet that I still did not receive. I then phoned and emailed and in totals spoke to 5 consultants who all promised to correct it immediately. Finally someone got so far as to actually help me and the money was paid back in to my account. Then when I finally thought the problem was sorted FNB actually DEDUCTED THE NEXT MONTHS AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!
PATHETIC!!!
