One Week Late

The company I work for need a new jack installed, we need a adsl line moved and a switchboard moved as well as two new handsets. We went into the Telkom branch at South Coast Mall where we were informed they could not assist us as they don't deal with switchboards but Usha, the lady working there, e-mailed one of their agents to contact us. That was Tuesday the 8th. I have not yet heard from that agent. I then attempted to phone Telkom business on 10217 and no-one there could assist me either as we require an agent to come to our offices to assist. I was given the local office number which gives you the options of choosing one of four extensions and after 6 phone calls not one of those extensions was answered. I eventually got through on the 7th try to Vusi who informed me I need to put my requirements on a letterhead and e-mail him, which I did on the same day, Friday the 11th. And again Monday the 14th and yet still not one response from anyone. Service delivery at Telkom needs some serious working on.
