Sim stopped by Cell C systems fault - not resolved

My Sim Card is being blocked by the Cell C system as my card has suposedly not been recharged for 120days. I have recharged my card twice in february with 3 GB each time. The issue started because Cell C did not refelect my re-cahrges. I have spoken to 3 support people and sent a mail. The only action received is that the block is lifted and only lasts for 1 day.
I need my sim permananetly activated.
I need my 6GB of data I paid for added to the sim and
I need to know what has happened to the supper charge Im supposed to received.

I would also like to suggest that you make Hello Peter your call centre as they are the ONLY effective people when it comes to getting support form Cell C
