TELKOM TWICE IN THREE MONTHS

This is the second time my Telkom phone is not working in 3 months. Last time it was for over 3 weeks, fault logging and numerous unsuccessful attempts to follow this up. Then I got my account and when I only paid part of it - as I did not have any phone for 3 weeks - I got an automated call from Telkom saying they would cut off my phone if I did not pay. What about my business and clients not being able to contact me? How do I make a living? But Telkom have the monopoly, so what can I do - I am at their mercy? Not happy.
