I upgraded over the phone over a month ago and the courier service is really pathetic: they may not call before arriving, they knock off at 5pm and they have to deliver directly to me. I work on a mine seldom home before 5pm. They arrived about 3 times at my place without confirming; and they said my helper is not legible to receive goods on my behalf, despite being in possession of my ID document. I went to Alberton to sort this out and was helped by an arrogant consultant who could not cancel my telephonic upgrade to do it in the store. I have since called both the 084140 and 084145, you just never get through!
I would like to cancel the upgrade and rather go The Glen Mall for an upgrade - i have had some good experiences there.
