As DSTV premium subscriber you have to ensure that payment is reflected in their account by 28th of each month.

When I joined DSTV 8 years ago my contract indicated that I pay at the end of the month not the 26th to reflect in their account on the 28th

During April we moved to new house and add second decodeder.
From that month the payment was never the same.

In June I paid on the 28th. Due to allocation error at DSTV it did not reflect in their account and we got disconnected, they billed us R50 penalty for mistake on their side. Only switch on when I submit proof of payment.

This month I received a statemetn (in Afrikaans) As an auditor I can not even understant the billing on a weekly basis. i contact them and they can only assist in English and needless to say they cannot assist me.

The statement reflect outstanding amount on 29 July but my payment was already made 27 July but not on statement and now they request conncetion fee again???
