I started with Vodacom on the 1st of the month, setting up through a VODASHOP at the Valley shopping centre, making a payment for everything they asked me to pay, and setting up for a debit order on the 1st of the month.
From 2 weeks into the contract I have been continually harassed by Vodacom telling me my account is in arrears.
The harassment has included personal and automated phone calls, cutting off the service, despite being assured at the Vodashop that they have it all under control and being provided with a print out showing that I currently owe Vodacom no money.
This is totally unacceptable.
