MTN is not an ethical company. After losing my employment I contacted MTN to find out what my options were regarding my contract as I only had 1 month left. I wanted to go onto prepaid as I could not afford my contract any longer. I was informed by MTN that I should wait for my contract to finish before I can re-negotiate terms, which now according to Legal, is not true. Because the info was not the truth I am now financially responsible for R1700. I PHONED THEM to try & sort this out - they didn't even bother to contact me... The info they gave me then is very different from what they told me now... and now suddenly they want money. Thanks for not helping when u should have. You really are an unethical bunch.
