I bought a car through this company. The first 2 months I did not receive any advertising money from them. I left a complaint with them on their client desk. They got back to me after a week. Stating that there were no dates on my photos that I uploaded! This is not true. I struggled getting on to the website to load up the photo for the whole day. I had to ask them to reset my password. All my info on the forms was dead-wrong when they delivered my car. I have sent all this info in writing on a fax to them. Apparently the person working with this info can't read to safe his or her life!!!
My contract states that I only have to pay R2412 pm for my car premium. Thus far they took R3900 each month.
And there is NO number where I can contact them on, to find out what is going on. The number 0861 937 955 on their letterhead is NOT in service.
I am really really upset with this company!!! They are really a lot of criminals!!! I have to take of from work now to go and try to sort things out!!!
This is really unacceptable!!!
