In June this year I cancelled my gym contract due to financial constraints. I was a regular visitor to the Bedfordview club and was happy with the service I got there, it was just that I could no longer afford it. I was then called by a Virgin staff member offering me 2 free months which I accepted, these 2 months expired at the end of August 2013, I am now contacted by Norma Ncube advising that my contract has now been reinstated and that it is now in arrears, she advises that by accepting the 2 free months, they are entitled to reactivate my contract. This must surely be unethical and if this is the way they do business I want nothing further to do with this company.
