Just about a week ago I lodged a complaint here stating that I had trouble connecting my new phone. Now all of a sudden it seems that my phone has been cut off for no reason whatsoever. I tried switching it off and back on again to see if it was something with the network. It was hard to understand, because I have another Cell C phone on prepaid which was working perfectly. When I went to my settings, I got a message indicating that my sim is not provisioned, whatever that means. The problem is I have had a new phone for over two weeks already of which I could not even use it for a full week yet. As my phone is not working, you cannot reach me on it. I can be reached at 084 820 5040. Oh, and once again it is impossible to reach the activation centre.
