I phoned to cancel my Cell C contract last year September. Unfortunately, this was not done. I still get billed every month. Even though I have tried to contact them via phone, Internet, email, etc. to cancel. again and again! It is amazing how they can hound you to get a contract, but when it comes to cancelling they can ignore you time and time again.
