No action, despite promises to refund me

To date, no credit was effected on my account despite promises to do so!!! See correspondence below:

Cancelled Cell C Contract not honoured!
1. I called Cell C back in early May to cancel my Data contract via their helpline. I was assured this would be actioned.

2. I then see they did not cancel the contract so I physically went into a Cell C store, Eastgate Jhb on 6 June. After spending half an hour there they photocopied my ID and utility bill and confirmed the contract would be cancelled.

3. July, August, Sept, Oct I'm still getting billed for the same contract despite me calling the helpline again in September. They told me me to send a fax to 084-14329 to cancel my contract which I did again!!

4. Its now November and I just received another statement showing the same contract and billed... I give up with the helpline, fax
