I called some weeks back to activate my international roaming, was told that I needed to place R2500 on deposit because I switched networks. Though I don't agree with the requirement given (high) limit on my domestic usage and information on my means held by CellC, I agreed to make the deposit.
The consultant promised to email me the details - still nothing and I need roaming as a matter of urgency. ANOTHER very disappointing interaction with CellC. Please would somebody resolve this urgently! In my experience hellopeter gets a response, communication with CellC customer service doesn't.
