CASE 3100702905 AND CURRENT PROBLEM

In August 2013 I have asked my phone to be roaming. I was told to change my package to accommodate this to which I agreed. This was done immediately by CellC. I returned to SA from Congo without having the privileged of the service promised of roaming. I have asked to change back to top up and after many ups and downs this was done. On 19 August my wife's new contract was suspended (Case no. 3100702905). This was rectified as it was an illigal suspension from CellC side after many weeks and bad attitude from CellC as will be seen in the mail from us.
Letter to CellC with regards to money taken out my account last night.
After all the problems we had with CellC, CellC had the audacity to withdraw R7000 out of my account. Are CellC out to frustrate their clients? And then your fantastic Customer advisor tells my wife that it will take longer to get OUR MONEY back if we go and seek legal advice. What are you guys?? Are you going to give 3 months again out of "goodwill" that means nothing. This is the most pathetic customer service I have ever seen and experience in all of Africa. See that this is rectified. I will get legal advice when I return to South Africa this weekend. FED UP!
