I switched to CellC from Vodacom last year because they are cheaper. I'm leaving overseas and was shocked to be told by their call centre that they don't do international roaming SMS only. Why not? It is so simple and useful. Why must I pay a ridiculous amount upfront for roaming if I don't want to call. Why does CellC not have this basic service?
