This is ridiculous!!!
Nashua Mobile is at a point where it is physically money out of my account.
I've received a massive bill this month and was charged for services I haven't received.
Issues:
- First off: Account setup, they've lost my forms and contract was cancelled - had to resubmit.
- Nashua Mobile never called me informing me, had to call 20 times to sort out
- Then bill came with massive amount of charges for hardware subsidiary etc. (shouldn't have been)
- Over billed for data.
- Data never activated - thus the overcharging
- Had to call again 15 to sort out issues - still not resolved.
- Accounting department was unhelpful, informed that I should rather go into the shop itself.
- Brooklyn branch followed up with the issue, still haven't come back to me - had to phone 8 times in over a week.
Absolutely madness!!! I don't think Nashua Mobile has any idea what they're doing!!
Asked numerious time for a supervisor or manager to contact me - no one did the trouble to get back to me.
Consultant promised to call me back - never did!
I'm at a point where i don't know which way to go anymore!!! Cause NOBODY can help me!
