I have reported a Telkom fold on my Telkom line via the internet on the 10 of December 2013 I got a sms on my sell phone stating that they resaved the volt and will contact me shortly I have phoned Telkom 3 times to date and I have to phone from my sell phone sins my Telkom line is dead it has cost me 390 rand to date to speak to some one just to hear the technician is coming to se me today then he newer arrives I will never believe another word any one says at Telkom or what Telkom says but the best part is I have resaved a Telkom account 2 days before charismas and believe me I have to pay that on time but no service from them is fine PLEASE IS THERE NO ALTERNETIFE TO TELKOM
if I can I will stop using them today but to use my sell phone wont work my husband work out of country and I need to phone him daily and the sell phone is to expensive when will Telkom wake up and so some work and stop laying to its clients
