I have recieved the WORST service from 8ta Fourways. Mario the manager is rude, of no help and pretty much lazy.
I purchased an 8ta - R1800, 120 gig deal. The cash was not converted to data. When I went in to find out why I have no data, I was told there was a system error. I was requested to resubmit id, proof of res, to sort this out, which I did. Its been 2 weeks and Iv recieved no feedback, no data and I am out of pocket wrt buying new data.
Fourways cannot be contacted, Iv been in twice and fear the staff as they are rude and I worry that they will meke me wait further for resolution of the issue. A CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT FEEL LIKE THIS.
Mario the manager is rude and extremely lazy and slow. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE from 8 ta help me get resolution on this. I do have a case number.
Thank I do not have a contract with them. Its no wonder Telkoms customer base is falling from 6million to 3 million in a space of two years.
THey have no notion of customer service.
