Mario at kia fourways just made the whole experience of buying my first new car very pleasant. I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a car, he was extremely relaxed, calm and diligent in his operations. Im very fussy about these things and he followed through brilliantly. I dont trust car salesman, but mario never came across as a '' which is sadly the label many salesmen carry.
I even forgot my front door keys at the dealership, and he personally came to deliver them.
He also spent a lot of time with us sharing his advise and opinions and guided us well.
If it wasn't for Mario at kia fourways we wouldn't have bought a kia as the northcliff branch experience wasn't pleasurable at all. They promised to phone me back the 4 times i popped in, and till this day still haven't. Ill never go into the northcliff branch again as many of the things they told me didn't make sense.
