8ta 60/60 data for 12 months for R1800.0815935842

On 1 Feb.2013 I purchased the 60/60 8ta 12 months data for R1800@Telkom Lakeside Mall, Benoni for my daughter that is studying partly from home on the internet daily, she has class on Saturdays! On 3 March she tried to connect to the internet and it said the data is finished. I phoned 8ta immediately and was told that the R1800 I bought was never converted to data, but remained as airtime! So which was supposed to be internet data for a year for my daughter, was used up as airtime in a month! I find this totally unaceptable as the 60/60 data is what I wanted, paid for and according to the lady that helped me for almost an hour@Telkom was what I got! I had to go back to her with the receipt after paying for her to activate the 60/60 data. Under NO circumstances did she say I have to activate it, otherwise I would have done so, who in their right mind would'nt? When I left the shop she said everything is activated and 100%.As it was the first time ever to buy something like this I believed her! I want a refund for the R1800 or the 60/60 data re-instated immediately, as I must now revert back to buying prepaid data on Vodacom just for her to try and not fall behind with her studies-double data!!
